to flow quietly, focus on your breath, through the power of intuition that in becoming a channel open to the universal creative process.
My first experience of this deeply spiritual approach to art therapist Aviva Gold American was deeply moving and transformative: I reconnected with some deep of myself, recovering the pleasure of playing with colors.
Since then, the intuitive painting is part of my life as a source of transformation and integration. It is a hymn to freedom of self expression and self-confidence through respect for our soul's true, the practice of silence, of listening and sharing the joy of playing with colors, with body and voice.
Each set of intuitive painting that I lead has a specific history taken from the interweaving of the bonds that exist between group members. Each session is significant: it is always the opportunity to grow along with your painting, seeing to its transformation "in progress", the protagonist and bear witness to their personal development.
Not only can we see what we live, giving a shape to her own life and gradually overcoming the blocks and limiting thoughts that hinder our development, but we can build with the power of our imagination what we want to live, thus enabling our dreams and deepest desires to express themselves and blossom freely.
